During the past decades, cancer incidence and mortality rates had an increasing trend especially in less developed and economically transitioning countries (Jemal et al., 2010), which indicate 8 million death from cancer in 2010, 38% more than the past two decades (Lozano et al., 2013). Due to the severity of illness and sophisticated treatments and complications, the quality of health services should be more considered and regularly measured. Good quality of health services influence patients satisfaction and their positive perception may lead to better adherence to care plans and satisfied patients are more likely to comply with treatment, which in turn affect treatment process (Asadi-Lari et al., 2004).
